TargetVid turns a real-estate listing into a cinematic video — composed from the agent’s own photos and real public data, never invented. We built it because every other “AI real-estate video” tool we tried did the one thing an agent can’t afford: it made things up. Rooms that don’t exist. Views that aren’t there. Numbers with no source. That isn’t a feature you can fix later — it’s the whole problem. So we started from a different premise.
Who builds TargetVid
TargetVid is a product of Blue Snow Developers LLC, a small, independent software studio founded in 2026 in Cleveland, Ohio. It was started by Baljeet Aulakh, who builds the product directly. We are a small team that ships software, not pitches — real, named, accountable people you can reach. When you email us, a person who works on the product answers.
Why compositive, not generative
Most AI video tools generatefootage — they hallucinate a plausible-looking home that isn’t the one you’re selling. TargetVid is compositive: it composes your actual listing photos with real, cited public data — school ratings, market figures, neighborhood amenities — into a deterministic, frame-accurate render. The same inputs produce the same video every time. Nothing is invented, because invention is exactly the risk we set out to remove. How the engine scales beyond real estate
Underneath TargetVid is a general engine: take a set of photos, attach real data from public sources, and compose a cinematic, deterministic video. Real estate is where we started because the pain is sharpest and the public data is rich — but the same engine applies anywhere a story is told with images plus verifiable facts: travel, automotive, local business, and more.
A render and composition API for developers and integration partners is on our roadmap, not yet available. We’d rather ship nothing than publish a reference for an API you can’t call. If platform or API access matters to you, say so when you join the waitlist and we’ll keep you in the loop.
Where we are now
TargetVid is in early access and pre-revenue. We’re opening it to a small group first so we can get the output right with real listings before we scale. There’s no inflated user count here and no fabricated testimonials — when we have real numbers, you’ll see real numbers.
