When you make a listing video, you hand a tool your client’s photos and address. You should know exactly what happens to them — and exactly what the tool will and won’t do with them. This page is our plain-language answer. The binding legal detail lives in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. How we handle your data
The photos you upload and the listing details you provide are used to render your video — nothing else. Your uploads are tied to your own account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your listing photos to train AI models. We retain your content only as long as needed to provide the service, and you can request deletion at any time by emailing support@targetvid.com. The public data we attach — school ratings, market figures, neighborhood amenities — comes from public sources, not from you. For the full detail on what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights, see the Privacy Policy.
2. The no-hallucination guarantee
TargetVid never invents rooms, views, or features. It is compositive by design: your video is built from the exact photos you upload, with motion and overlays applied — not from AI-generated footage of a home that doesn’t exist. This is the core reason the product exists, and it’s the one promise we will never trade away for a flashier render. What you shoot is what ships.
3. Every number is sourced
Every data point that appears in your video is pulled from a named public source and is shown on screen with its provenance. Because the pipeline is deterministic, the same listing produces the same, auditable result every time — there’s no random number, no “close enough” estimate dressed up as fact. If a figure isn’t available for a property, we leave it out rather than guess. See the proof section for examples with sources named.
4. Honesty in what we claim
We hold our own marketing to the same standard as our renders. We don’t publish fabricated user counts, invented testimonials, or stats with no source behind them. When we say something is available, it’s available; when something is on the roadmap, we say so plainly. If you ever spot a claim on this site that you can’t verify, tell us and we’ll fix it.
5. Compliance & certifications
We want to be straight with you about where we are: TargetVid is an early-access, pre-revenue product from a small team. We are notcurrently SOC 2 or ISO certified, and we won’t imply otherwise. We run on industry-standard cloud infrastructure and follow sensible security practices, and formal certifications are something we’ll pursue as we grow and as customers need them. We’d rather tell you our real posture than display a badge we haven’t earned.
6. Report a concern
Found a security issue, a data concern, or content that shouldn’t be there? Email support@targetvid.com or use the contact page. For copyright takedowns, see our DMCA policy. You can also check current service health on the status page.
