• How much does a TargetVid listing video cost?

  Your first listing video is $9 — watermark-free, no subscription. After that you buy video credits: $19 for a single video, $45 for a 3-pack ($15 each), or $120 for a 10-pack ($12 each). Credits are good for 12 months. High-volume agents, brokerages, and lenders can subscribe to the Teams plan at $79 per month. There is no recurring free tier — you watch the demo gallery free, then pay only when you render your own listing.

• Is there a free trial or a free tier?

  There is no recurring free tier. You can watch every demo in our gallery free, with no signup, to see exactly what the engine produces. When you are ready, your first listing video is $9 — we render it, you watch it watermarked, and the $9 removes the watermark, so you only pay once you have seen it is good. No card to browse; a card to render.

• What is the difference between credit packs and the Teams plan?

  Credit packs are pay-as-you-go for individual agents — buy 1, 3, or 10 videos and use them whenever you list, with no monthly commitment (credits last 12 months). The Teams plan at $79 per month is for high-volume agents, brokerages, and lenders who co-market with their agents: pooled renders, multiple seats, a shared brand kit, and priority rendering. If you render more than about three videos a month, the Teams plan is usually the better deal.

• What does the Founding 100 offer include?

  The first 100 customers become Founding members and lock their pricing for 12 months — the founder rate does not go up on you during that window, even as we add features and standard pricing rises. Founding pricing applies to both credit packs and the Teams plan. It is a finite cohort: when the 100 seats are claimed, the founder rate closes. There is no lifetime or unlimited plan — every render is real compute, so we price it honestly.

• What video format does TargetVid produce?

  Every TargetVid video renders in 16:9 widescreen — the format built for the MLS listing-detail page, YouTube, your website, email, and landscape social. It is a cinematic listing film, not a vertical Reel. Vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels and TikTok is on our roadmap and is not part of today's product; we will only claim it once it is validated end to end.

• Can I import a listing by URL?

  Yes. URL import from Redfin and Realtor.com works on every paid render — paste the listing link and we pull the photos and listing details. You confirm you are the listing agent or have written permission from the agent (Legal section 5a), and we render. Zillow blocks third-party fetches and is not supported.

• Does TargetVid integrate with my MLS?

  Not yet. Today we support manual photo upload and URL paste from Redfin or Realtor.com — that covers most agents end to end. Direct MLS integration via the RESO Web API is on the roadmap for the Teams plan in 2026 H2, for invited brokerage partners with their own IDX feed. If that fits your shop, talk to us about Teams.

• How long does a render take?

  The render itself — turning your photos and data into the finished video — takes about 90 seconds. End to end on your first listing, allow a few minutes: we fetch and verify the public data (Walk Score, schools, market, amenities) and queue the job before rendering. Teams-plan renders go through a priority queue and a dedicated worker, so they are never behind another customer.

• When can I actually pay and render?

  TargetVid is opening in waves as of June 2026. We are inviting waitlist members in cohorts and validating each render on real listings before we widen access. Founder pricing locks for the first 100 customers — join the waitlist to claim a Founding seat and be first when your wave opens. Pricing locks at the numbers above when we turn on checkout.
